Jeremy Morse is an accomplished technology leader with more than 25 years of experience spanning the full breadth of IT — from enterprise administration systems and customer-facing web platforms to API development and Service Oriented Architecture. Throughout his career, Jeremy has driven large-scale workflow implementations and architected SOA platforms that enable seamless internal and external data integration and sharing. As Chief Technology Officer at Penn River, he is focused on delivering forward-thinking technology solutions that strengthen existing client relationships and cultivate new ones. Jeremy is a firm believer in the power of people working together — guided by the philosophy that "if you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together" — and brings a deep commitment to mentorship and collaborative leadership to everything he does.

Michele Messerly brings more than 35 years of experience in the life and health insurance software industry, with expertise spanning product management, business analysis, product ownership, new product implementations, data conversions, quality assurance, customer support, training, and technical documentation. Throughout her career, she has partnered with insurance carriers to successfully implement policy administration systems, launch new insurance products, and deliver solutions that align business needs with technology. At Penn River, Michele leverages her extensive industry knowledge and cross-functional experience to help clients achieve successful implementations and long-term business success.

Program Management Office Lead

Tom has over 25 years of corporate and consulting experience in the life and Annuity insurance industry, with a focus on implementing policy administration systems, new business technology, IT transformation, complex program management, and IT strategy development, blueprints, and roadmaps. His prior experience includes the role of Senior Director for Global Client Services and Solution Delivery at Oracle, where he had responsibility for enterprise transformation, complex program implementation, and strategic planning.
