David has been an early adopter of leading-edge technologies, including modern policy administration systems.

Paul brings more than 20 years of experience in financial services with expertise in leading both technology and business initiatives. Paul has held executive, project management and lead architect positions throughout his career. His experience, coupled with his product and business expertise, has provided Paul with the foresight to develop a modern policy administration system for Life & Annuities.

Ben has more than 15 years of experience working on policy administration systems for life insurance and annuities. With prior positions as an architect and business lead, Ben specializes in implementing and supporting PAS throughout the software development lifecycle.

Bob has over 30 years of experience developing insurance software solutions, including new business, underwriting and policy administration. As a lead architect and development leader, Bob has been instrumental in advancing the state of policy administration software, empowering carriers to implement innovative and diverse insurance products quickly on a single, flexible, and performant system. Bob's focus at Penn River is developing a rapid, repeatable implementation process for Penn River's Policy Administration System.
